Terms & Conditions

Scope of work:

- Installation and commissioning indoor and outdoor unit air conditioners with standard accessory.
- Standard Air Conditioners Installation come with:

i. Installation of Indoor Unit
ii. Installation of Outdoor Unit with bracket
iii. Up to 15 feet cooper piping with 3/8” insulation for inverter & non-inverter
iv. Up to 15 feet PVC Drainage pipe (1/2” pipe)

- Standard Installation not include dismantle old unit, power supply wiring, wall hacking, concealed piping and others not stated above.
- For any additional job on site during installation, a separate quotation will be provided by Acson Authorizer Installer.
- Arrangement of installation subject to availability.

Online Store Policy
i. Acson Online Store only applicable in Malaysia only.
ii. Products will be arranged for delivery once payment is received and completed.
iii. Product will be delivered within 7 days (*May subject to arrangement)
iv. Products sold are not returnable and refundable.
v. Products specification can be changed without any prior notice.
vi. For products warranty please refer to Warranty Policy
vii. Genuine Parts are entitled for TWO (2) months warranty on manufacturing fault.
