Terms & Conditions for MY KOOL MALAYSIA Campaign
1. General
1.1. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions” or “Agreement”) govern the participation of “MY KOOL MALAYSIA” Campaign (the "Campaign”) that is made available by Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd (the “Acson Malaysia”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Acson Malaysia and the individual or entity (“participant”, “you” or “your”) who participates in the Campaign.
1.2. By participating in “MY KOOL MALAYSIA” Campaign, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with all of the Terms and Conditions that Acson Malaysia issued. Acson Malaysia may terminate your participation at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of this Terms and Conditions, and/or for conduct that Acson Malaysia believes is harmful to its business.
1.3. Acson Malaysia reserves the right, in its sole discretion to vary and/or alter the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign at any time without prior notification. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all participants upon posting of the modified Terms & Conditions to this web address (URL): https://www.acson.com.my/my-kool-malaysia-tcs Participants are responsible to periodically read this document to review the then current terms and conditions to which you are bound.
1.4. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or other promotional materials or communications relating to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Campaign is open to the following:
(a) All individual customers (end-users) aged 18 years old and above; and
(b) Malaysian citizens who are residing in Malaysia.
2.2. Employees of Acson Malaysia, related companies and affiliates and/or the immediate families of such employees, dealers of Acson Malaysia, sub-contractors or companies, or any other party directly related to this campaign are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
2.3. Acson Malaysia has the sole discretion to exclude any persons from participating in the Campaign without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason
3. Campaign Period
3.1. MY KOOL MALAYSIA Campaign starts from 1 June 2023 and ends on 31 October 2023, 23:59 pm.
4. Campaign Mechanism:
First (1st) Rebate - Get Rebate for the purchase of Acson Inverter Wall Mounted air conditioner - Touch & Go eWallet Reload PIN
4.1. Participants are required to purchase Acson Inverter Wall Mounted air conditioner in complete set, which including indoor unit and outdoor unit (referring to “Eligible Products”) during the Campaign Period.
4.2. In order to get the rebate for their purchase of Acson Inverter Wall Mounted air conditioner (in complete set) with Touch & Go eWallet Reload PIN, participants must submit the redemption entry via (URL): http://mykoolmalysia.acson.com.my/ within campaign period. The last day of accepting the entry will be on 31 October 2023, 23:59pm. Any redemption entry received after said time will not qualify.
4.3. Participants are required to fully complete the correct and valid personal information in the personal details fields required on the website including:
(a) Full name per NRIC
(b) Email address
(c) Contact number
(d) Date of Birth
(e) State
(f) How do you know about the contest
(g) Receipt/ Invoice No.
(h) Date of Purchase (Invoice date)
(i) Place of Purchase (Shop Name)
(j) Model Purchased
(k) Product Serial Number for both indoor unit & outdoor unit
Remark: Product Serial Number can be found on the carton label that’s located at the packaging box of Model Purchased/ warranty card of the Model Purchased.
(l) Fill up the slogan
(m) Photo/scan copy of the corresponding Proof of Purchase (Receipt/Invoice) within the Campaign Period.
Remark:
-Handwritten or cash bill receipts, delivery note, purchase order will not be entertained, and redemption entry with such receipts will be deemed incomplete. Only POS (Point of Sales) printed receipts/ invoice will be accepted.
-Please ensure details on the Proof of Purchase (Receipt or invoice) are clear especially the model name, serial number and name of the outlet by which the Eligible Products are purchased from, together with the receipt number and date of purchase.
4.4. Participants are required to upload and attach a photo of the warranty card for both the indoor unit and outdoor unit, showing the serial number, during the submission process.
4.5. Acson Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify any submission with duplicated Proof of Purchase and any submission that does not meet any of the criteria herein contained.
4.6. Participants are required to retain original single receipt dated within the Campaign Period that matches the online redemption entry as Proof of Purchase. Acson Malaysia shall reserve the right to request for evidence of the Proof of Purchase (hardcopy) for verification and redemption of Prizes. Failure to provide any proof of purchase or invoice upon request will result in the revocation of prizes.
4.7. All details and particulars submitted in Acson Malaysia website must be accurate, true and complete. Any incomplete, inaccurate or false details and particulars or duplicated proof of purchase or invoice provided by the Participants will render the entry void.
4.8. Each Participant’s redemption entry will be validated based on the following criteria:
(a) Fulfilled Purchase requirements,
(b) Purchase date within the Campaign Period: 1st June 2023 – 31st October 2023, any purchase date later than 31st October 2023 will not be accepted.
(c) Complete details which include name as per NRIC, contact number, email address, date of purchase, place of purchase and full details of the purchased Eligible Products with both the serial number of the indoor unit and outdoor unit,
(d) Attached with clear and complete printed receipt/ invoice, warranty cards with full details of the Eligible Products.
4.9. Each valid redemption entry that’s completed with the details required on Acson website and fulfilled purchase requirement, together with the clear and complete printed copy of Proof of Purchase, warranty cards, and full product details received during the Campaign Period will be entitled to redeem one (1) Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN (“Prizes”) based on the purchased Eligible Product(s) as listed below.
5. Eligible Products & Prize Redemption Allocated:
5.1. There is no limit for the number of redemption entries a participant can submit during the Campaign Period.Acson Malaysia reserves the right to reject any redemption entry without prior notice in the following events:
(a) Submission for redemption entry form is incomplete;
(b) Redemption is Acson installer/ Dealer’s /sub-contractors mobile number or address;
(c) Proof of Purchase appears to be fraudulent;
(d) If Acson Malaysia believes the redemption is fraud or any irregular transaction or being manipulated in any whatsoever manner.
5.2. The redemption entry will be processed and reviewed by Acson Malaysia and the reward Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN will be sent to Customer within thirty (30) working days after verification approved, by sending email, to the email address submitted in the redemption entry at Acson website. Acson Malaysia shall not be responsible for any errors in contact details sent by the participants and shall not be held responsible if the qualified participant cannot be reached for whatsoever reason.
5.3. Usage of the Touch ‘n Go E-wallet Reload Pin is subject to Touch’ n Go Malaysia’s Terms & Conditions; https://www.touchngo.com.my/policies/terms-conditions
5.4. Each redemption entry submitted by the participant should be made strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions herein, before the redemption shall be deemed eligible for the Campaign.
6. Eligible Second (2nd) Rebate-Participation in Lucky Draw
6.1. In order to be entitled in the lucky draw for the second (2nd) rebate of MY KOOL MALAYSIA, participants are required to download MY Acson mobile application from Apple iOS, Google Play store or Huawei App Gallery, and register an account in MY Acson mobile application.
6.2. Participants are required to screenshot the user profile in MY Acson mobile application and submit it together with the submission of redemption entry for the rebate of Touch ’n Go eWallet Reload PIN.
Remark:
User Profile can be found in App Setting> Edit Profile of MY Acson mobile application.
6.3. Any redemption entry for the rebate of Touch ’n Go eWallet Reload PIN which come along with the screenshot of user profile in MY Acson mobile application, will automatic entitle to participate in lucky draw.
6.4. Those redemption entries for the rebate of Touch ’n Go eWallet Reload PIN which does not come with the screenshot will not be entitled to participate in lucky draw. Such redemption will only entitle to get the rebate of Touch’ n Go eWallet Reload PIN.
6.5. All details and particulars submitted must be accurate, true and complete. Any incomplete, inaccurate or false details and particulars provided by the Participants will render the entry void.
7. Prize of the Lucky Draw
7.1. There will be total sixty (60) winners during the Campaign period. Each winner will be entitled to win one of the following prizes:
7.2. The winners will be selected at random, either by means of a manual or computerized lucky draw in any method as Acson Malaysia may determine at its absolute discretion.

7.4. Each winner is only entitled to win one (1) prize regardless of the number of times the campaign entries are drawn. In the event a participant’s entry is drawn for more than one (1) time, Acson Malaysia shall be entitled to disregard the second and subsequent draw and re-draw a winner.
7.5. Winners will be notified by Acson Malaysia, via email, with the email address submitted in the redemption entry for the rebate of Touch ’n Go eWallet Reload PIN at Acson website. If winners cannot be contacted, Acson Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify the said winner & re-draw one or, more reserve winners to replace.
7.6. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or other product from Acson Malaysia. Acson Malaysia has the right to substitute the free gift for a product of equivalent value without prior notice or reason.
7.7. Acson Malaysia’s decision for the Campaign is final. No appeals or correspondence will be entertained. The participants shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by Acson Malaysia
7.8. * Acson Malaysia will deliver the prize within twenty-one (21) working days after we have contacted the winners for delivery details.
7.9. * Free gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or other product from Acson Malaysia. Acson Malaysia has the right to substitute the free gift for a product of equivalent value without prior notice or reason
7.10. * Acson Malaysia provides 1-year warranty for the Acson Air Purifier (AAP30B), and Aroma Diffuser Speaker (AAD20B). To claim the warranty, you are required to contact 1300 22 3344 for further assistance.
7.11. * We will not be liable for any loss for lost, damaged, dented, failure, or delayed delivery caused by matters or circumstances outside and/or beyond the control and/or power of Acson Malaysia.
8. Personal Information
8.1. By participating in the contest, you are acknowledgeable and agreeable to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of the personal information (including but not limited to name, NRIC number, telephone number, and address) in order to process and contact you regarding the promotion and for the purpose set out herein
8.2. Details which consist of personal data provided by participants may be used by Acson Malaysia for the following purposes:
(a)The operations and process in this contest;
(b) The delivery of the free gift;
(c) Updating our records about customer;
(d) Market research and statistical analysis and surveys with the aim of improving Acson Malaysia products and services; and
(e) For any purposes required by law or regulation.
8.3. Acson Malaysia may collect, use, disclose and share amongst ourselves, Acson Malaysia’s agents and respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in Acson Malaysia’s publications, presentations, promotional materials on our websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the campaign or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation.
8.4. Other than those individuals and entities mentioned above, or as informed from time to time, your personal data will not be revealed by Acson Malaysia to any other outsides, unless Acson Malaysia has required your permission to do so.
