General
1.0) The following terms and conditions govern the Truth or Dare Challenge contest for AcsonMan Premier+ Service (the "contest”) that is made available by Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd (the “Acson Malaysia”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Acson Malaysia and the individual or entity who participates in the promotion (“participant” or “you”).
1.1) Acson Malaysia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all customers upon posting of the modified Agreement to this web address (URL): https://www.acson.com.my/truth-dare. You are responsible for periodically reading this document to review the then-current terms and conditions to which you are bound.
1.2) Eligibility:
i. The contest is open to the following:
a) All individual customers (end-users) aged 18 and above; and
b) Malaysian citizens who are residing in Malaysia.
ii. Employees of Acson Malaysia, related companies and affiliates and/or the immediate families of such employees, dealers of Acson Malaysia, sub-contractors or companies, or any other party directly related to this campaign are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
iii. Acson Malaysia has the sole discretion to exclude any persons from participating in the Contest without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
Contest Period
2.0) The contest will run from 15 August 2022 – 29 August 2022, whereby any entry made thereafter shall not be entitled.
Contest Mechanism
3.0) Participants are required to complete all the following steps to be eligible for participation.
i. Like and share the contest post.
ii. Comment your answer to a simple question: How long have you not serviced your AC?
iii. Tag 3 friends.
Prize/Delivery/Warranty
Grand Prize: AcsonMan Premier+ Service
4.0) The service is available for Nationwide Malaysia (main city/town) and for all aircon brands.
4.1) The service is applicable to residential wall-mounted units only, for indoor and outdoor units with any Horsepower.
4.2) The service is inclusive of 60 days workmanship guarantee. The workmanship guarantee only for those units having problems after servicing such as unit not cold, unit leaking, etc. The workmanship is not cover those problems caused by the component issues, surrounding condition, etc.
4.3) The service schedule is subject to the availability of service providers. Technical support and operation team to contact the customer within 2 days for the appointment.
4.4) Acson Malaysia has the right to substitute the service for an Acson product of equivalent value in the case the service location is not accessible or doable.
4.5) Winner can only reschedule service once. The rescheduled service cannot be canceled and must be a minimum of 24 hours from the current time.

4.7) Acson Malaysia will courier deliver the free gift within two weeks from the date of the submission deadline.
4.8) Free gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or other product from Acson Malaysia. Acson Malaysia has the right to substitute the free gift for a product of equivalent value without prior notice or reason.
4.9) Acson Malaysia provides 1-year warranty for the Acson USB Table Fan and Mini USB Table Fan. To claim the warranty, you are required to contact 1300 22 3344 for further assistance.
4.10) We will not be liable for any loss for lost, damaged, dented, failure, or delayed delivery caused by matters or circumstances outside and/or beyond the control and/or power of Acson Malaysia.
Personal Information
5.0) By participating in the contest, you are acknowledgeable and agreeable to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of the personal information (including but not limited to name, NRIC number, telephone number, and address) in order to process and contact you regarding the promotion and for the purpose set out herein.
5.1) Details which consist of personal data provided by participants may be used by Acson Malaysia for the following purposes:
a) The operations and process in this contest;
b) The delivery of the free gift;
c) Updating our records about customer;
d) Market research and statistical analysis and surveys with the aim of improving Acson Malaysia products and services; and
e) For any purposes required by law or regulation.
5.2) Acson Malaysia may collect, use, disclose and share amongst ourselves, Acson Malaysia’s agents and respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in Acson Malaysia’s publications, presentations, promotional materials on our websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the campaign or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation.
5.3) Other than those individuals and entities mentioned above, or as informed from time to time, your personal data will not be revealed by Acson Malaysia to any other outsides, unless Acson Malaysia has required your permission to do so.
